Oliver Williams

Oliver Williams has been involved in neo-Reichian, body-centered and emotionally focused work since suffering a profound personal crisis in 1972.

He came to the US to do primal therapy, and has continued this trajectory since 1992 with breathwork and medicine work. Oliver has studied  with Stanislav Grof in his Transpersonal Training program between 1994 and 1996, and has offered breathwork in groups and private sessions in NYC.

Oliver's twenty-year, regularly scheduled group program in New Jersey offers individuals the opportunity to experience non-ordinary states of consciousness unmediated by medicines. Breathwork, a powerful tool of integration for unresolved medicine-work experiences,  also reliably demonstrates that we have everything we need when we step out of the shower in the morning.

Before retiring from the commercial world Oliver worked as an illustrator and map-maker for The NY Times, Newsweek, The New Yorker and other publications and book publishers. Since retiring he has devoted time to being present for others as they engage with work through and let go their difficulties.
