Addiction & the Drug War with Neill Franklin

Join us for a conversation on the intersection of addiction and the drug war in Baltimore, and stories from those who have been affected.

 

First, we’ll have an interactive conversation featuring:

 

Neill Franklin, Executive Director of LEAP, Law Enforcement Action Partnership (formerly Law Enforcement Against Prohibition) and retired Major of the Maryland State Police and the Baltimore Police Department.

David Fakunle and Deborah Pierce-Fakunle, Founders and facilitators of DiscoverME/RecoverME, an intervention program providing aid in social trauma recovery through storytelling.

 

Following the conversation, DiscoverME/RecoverME clients will share their personal stories of recovery from addiction.
