Inspired by some of the wild quotes that Neşe, Mike, and Normie were listening to from Dr. Lee on the main feed episode. It inspired me to pull some quotes from around the rest of the psychedelic industry, psychedelic history, culture, what have you, and make us a little pop quiz game. So, we're going to play a little game today in the post show, and we'll see who wins. Let me pull it up on my screen here. So, this is the Psymposia Patreon pop quiz.

[01:38] Here we've got our board. Our categories today will be founders and funders, influencers, and historic figures. Just looking down the line here, we got Neşe at the top. Neşe, do you want to start us off? Sure. I'll take historic figures for $100. All righty. In his famous psychedelic love story, what psychedelic chemist described his personal philosophy in four words? Be informed, then choose. Beep. [laughter] I heard Mike first. Who is Alexander Schulen? You are correct. That is Alexander Sasha Schulen. That's $100 for Mike on the board. Mike, you'll choose our next one.

[02:26] All right. Let's do historic figures for 300. All right. Of her decision to drill a hole in her own head, the practice of trepation, this English countess said, "It's not a difficult operation, but there was quite a lot of blood." She continued, "Drilling a hole in one's head really is a nerve battle, doing something which obviously every instinct in your body is against. In a sense, it's quite satisfying that one can overcome one's nerves to do it. All right, I heard Neşe on that one. Who is Amanda Fielding? That is correct. Amanda Fielding. Neşe's got 300 on the board. And we'll pick our next one here.

[03:13] And it's my turn, right, to pick? Yep. I'll mix it up and go with the influencers for 100. All righty. This underground practitioner who sells courses to certify people as integration coaches once described reality as quote a unified being of infinite awareness that is playing with itself as an expression of itself. Everything and everyone in all places and times is merely God interacting with itself and it is you. And when discussing embodying a god while on psychedelics said that God only has a few options. Kill, sex or consume. Beep. [laughter] I heard Normie on that one. Who is Martin Ball? That would be Martin Ball.

[03:59] Normie's got a 100 on the board. And we'll choose our next category. Let's go with founders and funders for 400. This psychedelic investor has described his ideal future as one in which AI would handle psychedelic therapy while humans, the lowest cost labor you can imagine, served as backup for physical emergencies. He called this the obvious long-term solution. I got Normie on that one. Who is Steve Jervson? You would be correct. Steve Jervson, an investor in Thai life sciences, is 400 more for Normie and he'll choose our next category.

[04:45] Going to go with in influencers for 400. All right. This psychedelic influencer who has been described as colonialism's final boss garnered millions of followers on social media producing raps with lyrics such as, "I twerk to release the trauma. I steam my yoni to let go of the karma of my generational ancestral lineage. We are opening our hearts to the strength within us. And I've been chilling in the mountains of Peru drinking Iawaska with shamans too. Cup of San Pedro to shift the mood. All right, Mike. Who is Shannon Blake of? Shannon Blake is correct. [laughter] That's 400 for Mike and he will choose our next category.

[05:35] All right, let's do I'm starting to lose track. Founders and funders for 300. Did we do that one yet? Yep, we still got that one. Okay. This billionaire psychedelic investor has claimed that he likes the opinions of Tucker Carlson and JD Vance who believe aliens exist quote in a more spiritual realm because that's what I personally believe. Not just that we are a soul or that there is a god but that there's a whole realm of when you go to the core Christian ideas of a hierarchy of angels and all that. So I think there is like more entities and some are maybe benevolent and some are maybe malevolent. So, another reason to be respectful of psychedelics is like you need to know in a spiritual way. I believe you're entering another realm, but in this realm, you need to a little bit know what you're doing.

[06:26] Beep. I heard Normie on that one. It was Christian Anger Meer. That is correct. Christian Anger Meer it is. And Nor will choose our next category. Okay, let's go with historic figures for 300. We have done that one. We have 200 and 400 left. All right, let's go with 400. All right, historic figures for 400. This notorious psychedelic icon developed a video game that was released in 1985 called Blank Blanks Mind Mirror, a psychological simulation and party game where players rate personality traits on numerical scales to generate graphic mind maps while navigating role- playinging life scenarios.

[07:15] Beep. Who is Timothy Liry? That is correct. Too many mind mirror was the video game. I was going to beep that, but I wasn't entirely sure. I was going to beep it, but I was sure. I was just too late. I kind of want to try it sometime. Founders 100 is available. Okay, let's go with that one. Referring to his organization's decision to research their flagship drug, this former construction worker once said, "The choice to work with this drug, quote, was a result of a strategic analysis in which we had to choose which psychedelic and which patient population would be most likely to be successful from a political perspective." So, we don't really do science. We do political science. Beep.

[08:01] I heard Normie on that one. Who is Rick Dolblin? Rick Dolin it is. That's another hundred for Normie. Let me add up our tallies here now that we're about halfway through the board. Neşe at 700. Mike, you're at 500. And Normie, raising up the ranks here. We've got $900. Choose our next one. All right, let's go with founders and funders for 200. All right, close out the column here. In order to secure investment in his psychedelic company, this CEO allegedly made a promise to multi-millionaire Shark Tank investor Kevin Olirri that he wouldn't get involved in anything related to recreational psychedelic drug use.

[08:47] This CEO went on to make public statements like, "This isn't the 1960s all over again. I want nothing to do with those kinds of folks who want to decriminalize psychedelics." Beep. Nor me it is. Who is Jr. Ron? Jr. Ron. There he is looking like a super villain in his [laughter] jacket there. All right, we've got influencers and historic figures for 200 and influencers for 300. Let's go with influencers for 200. All righty. This psychedelic publisher once interviewed a man at a psychedelic conference about how, quote, "Micro doing influenced his relationship with his foreskin to learn more about how taking drugs makes a man relate to his penis and how micro doing psychedelics can influence foreskin restoration to help it grow and restore faster."

[09:42] Beep. [laughter] Nor me, who is beate and or chakruna? That is [laughter] correct. one of my favorite interviews that be has ever conducted. [laughter] I need to see that one. So that's we're going to go with historic figures for 200. All righty. This Czech psychiatrist, sometimes referred to as the father of modern psychedelic therapy practices, claimed that the trauma experienced during our physical births as newborns can quote come to represent highly individualized psychosspiritual blueprints that guide the way we experience our lives and that we can gain access to these psychosspiritual blueprints through non-ordinary states of consciousness which allow us to see the guiding forces of our lives much more clearly.

[10:36] I heard Neşe on that one. Who is Stan Grath or Stanislav? Stan Grath. It is [laughter] a 200. And I think we've got one left on the board. Do you want to close us out with influencers for 300? Yeah. All righty. This psychedelic neuroscientist has appeared on podcasts hosted by Jordan Peterson and Andrew Huberman to hype psychedelics. He often takes to Twitter to share thoughts like self-manufacturing of the self creates such a compelling spell. Or guns, man, they're so bad. Oh, for a world without guns, followed by some history with a link to the Wikipedia page on gun. [laughter] I don't know who heard on that one.

[11:22] I think I was first. I had to be. Okay. I think that was Mike. Is it Robin Kart Harris? Who is it? Is Robin Carheart Harris. The master of little platitudes on [laughter] I just love that guns one so much. History the Wikipedia page on gun. All right, that's 300 for Mike. All right, so that brings us to our final wager. I'll read off the scores right now. We've got Normie at 1300, Mike at 800, and Neşe at $900. Do you each want to choose? I'm gonna write my Yeah, I'll write it down so I have it. I have evidence. All right.

[12:07] So, write down your wager. Keep that in your head. Well, what's the topic? The topic, excuse me. Yeah. Our final wager topic is the spiritual psychiatrist. Should be familiar from the episode. Yeah. So for a wager, can I just wait? Can I just like go all in as much as you have? You can 800 for you. The final wager question. According to Dr. Samuel B. Lee, the psychiatrist discussed on our most recent episode who was accused of manslaughter. The real Jesua, not the religious or biblical one, but the magi grail king held what specialized spiritual role which holds the DNA codes for specific celestial human tribe stargates?

[12:59] Oh my god. [laughter] I was going to say magi something, but it's an extra bit, huh? It's the it's he concludes his quote on this. What is Jesus? What is Joshua? All right, we'll take it down the board here. Neşe, what did you wager? I did my full 900. All right. And did we come up with any guesses? [laughter] Oh, this is not the correct answer. If I had teacher, that is not correct. [laughter] I wagered 800, which is everything because I thought it was going to be the answer was Samuel Be.

[13:44] Lee, but I guessed keeper of the keys. Ah, close but no cigar. Normie, what did you wager? What did you put? [laughter] I wagered 600. All right. And my answer is what is gridworking? Very close. Very close. The answer of what specialized spiritual role the real Joshua, not the religious planetary grid worker was the correct answer. [laughter] I I'm not close enough for that. No, you got to get it spot on. But you still win. You still win with 700. Congratulations. if he takes the cake on our Psymposia Patreon. My streak is at one.

[14:31] Yeah. All right. You know, honestly, I got a lot more than I expected and I knew a lot more even that I didn't get than I was expecting to. Yeah, everybody did pretty good on that one. [laughter] All right, cool. Well, I'll close us out on our game here. Thanks all for watching and if you played along at home, hope you did well, too.
